The third in an ongoing series of installations by Jeremy Welsh (images) and Trond Lossius (sound). Since summer 2014, Lossius and Welsh have made field recordings with surround sound and 4K HD video at various locations in the west of Norway, ranging from the dramatic natural landscapes of Sogn and Hardanger fjord, the post-industrial urban landscape of Odda to the abandoned experimental wave-generating installation at Toft on the island of Sotra, close to Bergen. The project has been supported by Norsk Kulturråd, Bergen Kommune, Billedkunstnernes Vederlagsfond and BEK (Bergen centre for electronic arts). This will be the first time that Lossius and Welsh have exhibited at Bomuldsfabriken Kunsthall in Arendal.
